ROUTE

The half marathon and the marathon routes it is been formally measured routes (IAAF). The measurement is been performed 31.10.2015. The Helsinki Spring Marathon is four loops of the course (ca. 10. 460, 47 kkm), shown in the map below with a red line. (The Helsinki Spring Half marathon is two loops and Helsinki Spring 10K is one loop.) Route (running) direction of travel is from the south - north direction. 10 km race landscape of route starts pukinmäenkaaren ja tapaninvainiontien at the roundabout and linked back to the main route (point of 1.8 km long portion route   which is part of the 1952 Helsinki Olympics marathon route) That route is marked on the map with a blue line. The finish line is on Pukinmäki sports field. The route to the finish line (after the last lap) is marked on the map with a turquoise line. The course is marked with kilometer markers and arrows at all turns. Traffic counselors will monitor ensure the safety of the runners in road crossings.

Figure shows the one kilometers section on route, which is long flat and straight section on route near in Eastern Pakila allotment area.

In Figure is run 1.8 km long portion on route of the 1952 Helsinki Olympics marathon route. Case of 1.8 km long flat and straight section in route in which the left is the River Vantaa and the judge of the village mansion.

In figure shows two kilometers long flat straight that crosses the River Vantaa. Direct begins in East Pakila and route continues to Pukinmäki. The race office is located in Pukinmäki Sports Park.
